Amber Kerby, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Amber Kerby, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience working with patients in various practice settings who specializes in treating psychiatric disorders. Her nursing education began in 2013 in her Mississippi hometown before moving to Denver, CO where she later obtained her Associates, then Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She then pursued a Masters of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of South Alabama and moved to Nashville in 2018. She believes in treating mental health conditions holistically through the mind/body/spirit connection while providing an evidence-based patient centered approach to care. Amber values interprofessional collaboration that supports her goal of promoting hope to individuals and families with mental illnesses, instilling empowerment, and helping individuals living with mental illness seek and maintain a meaningful role in life. In her free time, Amber loves to spend time with her Golden Retriever, do artwork and yoga, try new restaurants and hang out with friends.
