K.C. Wolfe, LMFT

K.C. Wolfe is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has been working with individuals, couples, and families in Nashville for over 5 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2012 and Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014 from Lee University. She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, viewing the individual as the expert on their own life, while emphasizing the systemic impact of relationships and the environment of the client and whatever goals they choose to pursue. Additional models of therapy K.C. commonly uses include Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Areas of special interest include relationship issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and adjusting to life changes.
